Returns and Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Item
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Cost
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
